His professional career as a travel agent and former director of Lotus Chef led him to create a Moroccan cooking workshop – LAMAI CHEF – in his beautiful house where the family atmosphere and Moroccan hospitality reign.
You will be welcomed by our Dadas’ Rachida, Fatemazahra and Khadija.
These ladies have learned, from their young age, the culinary art from their grandmothers and mothers in the pure Moroccan tradition. Their know-how and experiences have made their cooking classes like no other.
All our course including the traditional Moroccan cuisine, the Judeo-Moroccan culinary art, bread making and the thousand flavors of Moroccan pastry, make LAMAI CHEF an exceptional workshop.
